Sweden’s Healthcare system endorses licensed medical doctors to arbitrarily or discriminatorily deselect their patients without any medical or reality-based justification. In this case, an innocent citizen in Sweden is consequently banished from accessing primary healthcare anywhere within Sweden. By neglect of a response from Sweden’s national government, Sweden signals that inaccessibility to all healthcare services seems to be an OK national praxis in Sweden.

Swedish medical doctors’ arbitrary or discriminatory deselection of listed patients without medical or reality-based justification is legally endorsed by Sweden’s Health and Social Care Inspectorate (IVO), with consequent healthcare inaccessibility to some citizens and residents of Sweden.

When an innocent listed patient, who is outlawed through legal doctoral deselection and subsequent other doctoral covert disqualification from Sweden’s healthcare system services, appealed on humanitarian grounds to the national Swedish Government and to the Swedish Minister of Health Care, Sweden’s national government refused to answer or to comment.

By the absence of a Swedish governmental response to the appeal, legal deselection and subsequent banishment against a residential citizen of Sweden from access to health care services within Sweden, appears to align with the Swedish parliament’s values or with a Swedish political mindset.

Hello,

My name is Torsten. I have a permanent address in Sweden, and I have a valid Swedish passport.

I endeavour to discover a Health Centre anywhere in Stockholm where I would be permitted to visit a medical doctor, to attain necessary laboratory examinations, and to obtain necessary prescription medications.

In July 2014, a medical doctor at Matteus Health Centre (http://www.kvam.nu) in Stockholm, where I was listed as a patient, prescribed medications (Behepan) to increase intake of B12 subsequent to laboratory test results at that time.

In October 2014, I requested in writing as a listed patient with the listed Swedish doctor Olga Anikina Redmo at Matteus Health Centre (http://www.kvam.nu) in Stockholm, to have new laboratory tests done, to check the development of previously confirmed laboratory results of low B12 and high glucose.

In November 2014, the Swedish doctor Olga Anikina Redmo refused to offer continued laboratory tests, refused to reveal the exact results from the most recent laboratory tests, and refused to prescribe all the required medications. The reason for the Swedish doctor’s refusal was a written insinuation (false accusation) by the doctor that I am too dangerous to be allowed to enter the premises of Matteus Health Centre (http://www.kvam.nu) .

The Swedish doctor insinuated (falsely accused) the following:

"I feel scared and threatened. [...] I feel harassed, threatened and persecuted by you. [...] I [can] not be your family doctor and guarantee you a good care. [...] I can not provide care to you anymore. [...] Make use of [1177.se] and look for a different clinic."

- Olga Anikina Redmo, family practitioner and manager of Matthew Health Centre Stockholm (http://www.kvam.nu)

In November 2014, Torsten therefore submitted a formal complaint to Sweden’s Health and Social Care Inspectorate (IVO) regarding the Swedish doctor’s grotesque insinuations, and regarding the Swedish doctor’s failure and refusal to provide responsible healthcare services.

In February 2015, IVO decided to not investigate Torsten’s complaint, and IVO decided to instead sanction the Swedish doctor’s baseless insinuations that Torsten is dangerous and that Torsten, therefore, should be prohibited from seeking healthcare at the listed healthcare clinic. IVO’s legal decision (Dnr 8.2-33420/2014-4) (http://www.nenzen.net/Health-Care-Inspectorate-Sweden.pdf) implicate that Swedish doctors have a legal right to select their patients and to refuse provision of medical service to patients – without requirement of any medical or reality-based reason.

In September 2015, I am still outlawed by disqualification from Sweden’s healthcare system services. Although I urgently need to check my progression of high glucose and low B12 with laboratory results, and although I acutely need prescription medications, there is no doctor or clinic in Sweden which approve me as a listed patient. The Swedish clinics perceive me as too dangerous to qualify for healthcare services within Sweden, because of the baseless and false accusations (insinuations) by a Swedish doctor, and because IVO refused to investigate to bring justice, and because IVO instead sanctioned the Swedish doctor’s baseless ban against me.: http://www.nenzen.net/the-Swedish-Healthcare-System.htm

On 2015-09-23, I requested to see a medical doctor at another Swedish Health Centre where I also had requested to be listed as a patient. That Swedish Health Centre (Health Centre Odenplan) responded that their Health Centre will not permit me to visit a medical doctor until my application to become listed is approved. Their waiting time for approval was estimated as one year. My most recent request (2015-09-23) to visit a doctor in Sweden might therefore be approved in September 2016. Also, the Swedish Health Centre (Odenplan Health Centre) informed that if I need medical services or medications, then I must visit instead my currently listed doctor (at Matteus Health Centre) who has banned me from all medical services.

On 2015-09-24, the Swedish Odenplan Health Centre (http://www.flgo.se) confirmed that persons who are waitlisted at their clinic cannot attain any medical services at/through their clinic while waitlisted. Odenplan Health Centre referred to the currently listed Swedish doctor at Matteus Health Centre (http://www.kvam.nu) who has legally banished me (endorsed by IVO) from entry to Matteus Health Centre.

On 2015-09-28 the Swedish Patients’ Advisory Committee (PAN) in Stockholm (http://www.patientnamndenstockholm.se) telephoned to inform that “there are lots of health centres where you can go”. Therefore, I reminded PAN that I had inquired with 15 health centres in Stockholm and that none welcomed. The telephone conversation with Swedish PAN demonstrated PAN’s ignorance of facts already provided to PAN (http://www.nenzen.net/the-Swedish-Healthcare-System.htm). Laziness, denial, or intellectual incapacity might be a prevalent problem with Swedish PAN.

Is there a Health Centre anywhere in Stockholm where, with a valid Swedish passport, I would be permitted to visit a medical doctor, and would be permitted obtain necessary laboratory results and necessary prescription medications?

In the 2014 Euro Health Consumer Index Report (healthpowerhouse.com), Sweden’s accessibility to healthcare is assessed and ranked as the lowest in Europe (page 29: Table 4.1.2 results; http://www.healthpowerhouse.com/files/EHCI_2014/EHCI_2014_report.pdf). Sweden, Ireland and Bosnia are ranked as the three countries in Europe with the least accessible healthcare treatment.

To:  Stockholm County Council – Healthcare

The reason for the Swedish doctor’s refusal was a written insinuation (false accusation) by the doctor that I am too dangerous to be allowed to enter the premises of Matteus Health Centre (http://www.kvam.nu).

As recently as today, 2015-09-23, I requested to see a medical doctor at another Swedish Health Centre where I also had requested to be listed as a patient. That Swedish Health Centre (Health Centre Odenplan) responded that their Health Centre will not permit me to visit a medical doctor until my application to become listed is approved. Their waiting time for approval was estimated as one year. My most recent request (2015-09-23) to visit a doctor might therefore be approved in September 2016. Also, the Swedish Health Centre (Odenplan Health Centre) informed that if I need medical services or medications, then I must visit instead my currently listed doctor (at Matteus Health Centre) who has banned me from all medical services.

I have now been obstructed by the Swedish Healthcare system to visit a medical practitioner and or attain any medical services within Sweden for more than one year. I acutely need to obtain necessary prescription medication.

Is there a Health Centre anywhere in Stockholm where I, with a valid Swedish passport, would be permitted to visit a medical doctor, and would be permitted obtain necessary prescription medications?

Best regards,

Torsten Nenzén
